Phoenix has a dedicated and experienced staff, an active Parent Council, and a learning community of caring and committed families.The Phoenix staff aims to nurture the whole child and to provide a safe, caring, and challenging educational environment that promotes learning and achievement for all students. School Vandalism

School vandalism often involves graffiti, broken windows, damage to roofs and playground equipment.To report suspicious activity on school grounds between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.or to report an act of school vandalism in Winnipeg call: (204) 231-4556.  Our security firm will attend after receipt of your call.

The school office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.
Student Entry: 8:20 a.m.
Lunch Break: 11:18 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Regular dismissal time: 3:00 p.m.
Early dismissal time: 2:30 p.m.

Bus Cancellations
In the event of extremely cold weather (a wind chill hazard of -45°C or greater) buses will be canceled and students will need alternate transportation. The School Division will contact all parents to advise them of bus cancellations. The news media is also alerted to cancellations and Division websites are updated to reflect any announcements. For information on bus cancellations, visit our division website or listen to CJOB.
Tickets for Chocolate Milk and White Milk may be purchased by completing the order form and sending it to school with your child. (Please make cheques payable to PHOENIX SCHOOL and allow up to a week for processing)
